Parmigiani Platinum Ionica 8-Day Parmigiani Fleurier, "Ionica 8-Day", case No. 4949. Made circa 2000. Very fine and elegant, heavy, tonneau-shaped, platinum wristwatch with date, 8-day power reserve indication and a platinum Parmigiani buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, stepped and reeded bezel, screw-down transparent case back secured by 8 screws, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, power reserve indication sector at 12, aperture for the date. White gold javelin hands. M. Cal. 110, tonneau-shaped, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 28 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swanneck micrometer regulator. Dial and movement signed, case numbered and hallmarked. Dim. 34 x 42 mm. Thickness 11.5 mm.
