Leon N. Robert Minute-Repeating, Triple Date and Chronograph Clinton Extra (Leon N. Robert, La Chaux de Fonds), Swiss, No. 77862. Made circa 1900. Very fine, 18K yellow gold, keyless, minute-repeating pocket watch with triple date calendar, chronograph, register and moon phases.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine", engine-turned, the back cover with an engraved monogram in a cartouche. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details and "Medaille D?Or, 1895", glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second chronograph divisions, subsidiary dials for the date concentric with 30-minute register,apertures for days of the week the months, the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Gold Louis XVI hands. M. 21''', rhodium-plated, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensaion balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button in the band, chronograph with visible work activated by a push-button in the crown. Cuvette signed "Clinton Extra", movement and case numbered. Diam. 56 mm.
