Quarter-Repeating Calendar Chronograph Swiss, "Répétition a Quarts Chronographe Quantièmes", case No. 87714. Made for the Italian market, circa 1910. Fine, hunting-cased, keyless, quarter-repeating, 18K pink gold pocket watch with triple-date calendar, chronograph, moon phases and lunar calendar.
C. Four-body, bassine, engine-turned with polished borders and a vacant foliate cartouche. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize medals and technical details. D. White enamel with radial dauphine numerals, outer minute track and outermost fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary dials for seconds, days of the week, date and months, aperture for the moon phases. Gold Louis XV hands. M. Cal. 21???, frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button on the band. Case numbered. Diam. 57 mm.
