BRM Racing Car Engine BRM, Bernard Richards Manufacture, (France), case No. 0189G5. Made in a small series, circa 2008. Fine and rare, extremely unusual, oversized, Formula 1- inspired, self-winding, water-resistant, titanium wristwatch with center-seconds, skeletonized engine form movement, 48-hour power-reserve indication and a BRM titanium buckle. Accompanied by an additional strap. To be sold without reserve
C. Two-body, brushed, band decorated with circular straps, screwed wedge-shaped lugs, large crown, transparent back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Brushed black PVD-coated inclined reserve with drilledhole hour indexes to resemble a steering-wheel, visible movement with black skeletonized sector for the powerreserve indication mounted on the frontplate. Red steeringwheel spoke inspired baton hands. M. Suspended from three carbon-fiber shock absorbers, the frontplate in the shape of a car engine, skeletonised, frosted rhodium plated, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, large black PVD-coated rotor with black and red coated adjustable cylindrical timing weights, hacking feature. Case and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm. Thickness 17 mm.
