Swiss Watch with 7 Complications Swiss, case No. 38299. Made circa 1895. Fine and rare, 14K rose gold, minute-repeating, hunting-cased, keyless pocket watch with chronograph, perpetual calendar, phases of the moon and lunar calendar.
C. Four-body, bassine et filets, polished, push button for the start/stop and return-to-zero of the chronograph at 12. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, outermost chronograph divisions with fifths of a second divisions and Arabic five second/minute numerals, four subsidiary dials for days of the week, date, months concentric with leap year indication, seconds and aperture for the phases of the moon, lunar calendar on the edge. Blued steel pear hands. M. 45 mm, 20''', rhodiumplated, fausses cotes decoration, 35 jewels, calibrated straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with platinum and gold temperature and meantime adjustment screws, special alloy Breguet balance spring with overcoil, micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs with two polished steel hammers activated by a slide on the band.
