Longines ? The Shared Secret Longines, case No. 794545. Made circa 1890. Very fine 18K gold, painted on enamel, pearl and diamond-set, hunting-cased, lady?s keyless pendant watch.

C. Four-body, "bassine", the front cover decorated with a finely painted on enamel scene of two small boys talking within a foliate and flower border and a rose-cut diamond set flower, royal blue enamel border, the back cover decorated with a painted on enamel scene of two geese by a water trough in a landscape, border to match the front, graduated split pearl-set borders, scalloped band. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the prize medals. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals with gold paillon stars between, outer gold paillon minute divisions. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 11???, rhodium-plated, etched decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 33.5 mm.
