Alain Silberstein Stainless Steel Tourbillon Alain Silberstein, Architecte Horloger, "The Day Tourbillon". Made in only one example in 1996. Very fine, unique and highly unusual, brushed stainless steel wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and an Alain Silberstein brushed stainless steel link bracelet and concealed double deployant clasp.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, case back with 8 screws and engraved monogram, star-shaped crown with white enamel inlay, graduated revolving bezel set with applied dot, square and triangular indexes, sapphire crystal. D. White with gold stars, a circle and a moon, dial for hours and minutes at 12 with black painted baton indexes, ellipse-shaped aperture for the tourbillon cage at 6 with "S"-shaped polished steel bridge over the tourbillon cage. "Fancy" red triangular hour and baton blue minute hand. M. Cal. 387, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 21 jewels, lateral lever escapement with tourbillon regulator with polished steel arms, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Approx overall length 180 mm.
