Philip Watch Revolving Desk Compendium Philip Watch, Chaux-de-Fonds, No. 1333419. Made circa 1955. Fine and unusual, gilt and silvered brass, 8-day going, four-sided desk clock with triple-date calendar, hygrometer, thermometer, barometer and alarm.

C. Multi-piece, cube-form, gilt and silvered brass, square revolving upper section for the dials, domed silvered and polished gilt base, ring finial. D. Brushed silver with applied gilt baton and dart hour indexes, luminous dots, apertures for the date at 12, the months and days of the week at 6, further brushed silvered dials for the hygrometer, thermometer and barometer. Luminous gilt baton hands. M. 15 jewels, lever escapement, rear winding, hand and alarm setting. Dial signed. Dim. 15 x 10 x 10 cm.
