Aero Watch for Peugeot ? Allegory of Love Aero Watch, Neuchatel, case No. 103. Made for Peugeot, circa 1960. Very fine, 18K yellow gold and painted on enamel by the artist WCF, keyless dress watch.

C. Two-body, bassine, polished, curved band, the back finely painted on enamel with a portrait of a lady holding cupid in the style of a 17th century Dutch old master, signed ?wcf?. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and 24-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands. M. 36 mm., gilt with oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring, incabloc shock absorber, micrometer regulator. Dial signed Peugeot, case signed Aero Watch. Diam. 49 mm.
