Fine, giant, gilt brass and lapis lazuli, 8-day going, hour and half-hour striking carriage clock with alarm, day, date, hour repeating, phases of the moon and moon?s age. Accompanied by a key.

C. Multi-piece, ?Anglaise Riche?, gilt brass, molded base, fluted Corinthian pillars, molded top with lapis-lazuli cornice, base similarly inlaid, lapis lazuli inlaid hinged handle. d. White painted, black radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and Arabic five-minute numerals, aperture for phases of the moon above 6 o?clock with the moon?s age on the edge, below dials for the date, days of the week and alarm, foliate engraved gilt brass mask. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Rectangular, gilt brass, back plate fully engraved with scrolling foliage, going barrels, foliate engraved gilt platform with straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance with self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator, striking, repeating and alarm on a coiled gong, repeating activated by depressing the pushbutton on the top of the case. Dial signed, movement signed L?Epée. Dim. 18.5 x 12 x 10.2 cm. excluding handle
