Very fine and very unusual, innovative, TV-shaped, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with 3-dimensional dial, simultaneous jumping hours and retrograde minutes, dragging seconds, semi-skeletonized movement and an 18K white gold Hautlence double deployant clasp. Accompanied by fitted box, warranty and booklet.

Black, 3-dimensional, partially skeletonized to view the movement, polished white gold Arabic numerals for the retrograde minute sector at 3, offset aperture for the jump hour chapter ring in Arabic numerals covered by a brushed white gold disc, subsidiary graduated transparent disc dial for the dragging seconds, polished and brushed steel skeleton levers for the retrograde minutes. Luminous steel skeleton baton minute hand. m. Peseux 7001, rectangular, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 24 jewels, straight line lever escapement with 21,600 beats per hour, free-sprung monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 44 x 37 mm. Thickness 11 mm.

The Hautlence brand was launched in 2004. The name is an anagram of the Swiss town Neuchatel, the home town of the company's three founders: Renaud De Retz, Guillaume Tetu and François Quentin. The Hautlence has a digit-revealing and obscuring jump-hour disc and retrograde minutes which simutaneously "jump" at the hour. The Hautlence is made in a limited edition of six styles, with 88 models of each.
