Swiss ? The Cricket Alarm Watch Swiss, case No. 1095. Made circa 1890. Fine and rare, silver, keyless two-train pocket watch with alarm and high-relief decorated case.

Four-body, ?bassine et filets?, the bezel engraved with stylized flowers and rotating with gold-rimmed aperture for the alarm setting, polished band, the back cover decorated in high-relief with a cricket, pierced border to match the bezel, the interior with embossed cricket. Hinged silver and blued steel cuvette pierced for sound emission. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track for the alarm. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 17 ½ ???, matte gilt, 15 jewels, two trains with tandem winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, notched bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 48 mm.
