Notes

The fossilized dinosaur bone used in the dial of this watch comes from the family of large herbivorous dinosaurs such as the Diplodocus.
TIME EXPLORATOR is a ?time-travelling machine? measuring three metres long and two metres high. It is made in mahogany wood and its ?engine-room? features counters, controls, levers, gear trains, as well as copper and brass pipes. A genuine treasure chest of human history, TIME EXPLORATOR offers a fascinating opportunity to embark upon a poetic and initiatory exploration of origins.
The nine objects contained within are: ?Origin? ? fragments from the meteorite ?Sahara 99555?, the oldest known rock in the Universe. ?Legacy? ? fossilized dinosaur egg, 65,000,000 years old. ?Vision? ? reproduction astrolabe of circa 1500. ?Excellency? ? two volumes of Louis Moinet's 1848 watchmaking treatise. ?Change? ? stereoscope from 1900. ?Freedom? ? fragments of the Berlin Wall, which fell in 1989. ?Passion? ? the Jurassic Tourbillon Watch. ?Life? ? a mirror from 2010 ?Hope? ? a sculpture ?Planet Earth 3010? by Jean-Eve Kérveva
