Hebdomas Gold and Enamel 8-day watch Hebdomas, Swiss, retailed by Claude Meylan, Vallee de Joux. Made circa 1970. Fine and rare, 18K gold and enamel, 8-day going, keyless pocket watch with day and date calendar and moon phases.
c. Three body, "bassine et filets", correctors on the polished band, the back decorated with translucent Royal blue guilloche enamel and a gold paillon rosette, bezel and pendant decorated to match. d. Brushed gold eccentric with applied gold baton indexes and Roman quarter-hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, polished subsidiary dials for the date and days of the week, aperture for the moon phases, visible balance. Gold Louis hands. m. 43 mm., giIt brass, inverted Hebdomas patented caliber with extra large barrel on the back, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 51 mm.
