Four-body, massive, "demi-bassine", bezel, band and bow with floral damascened decoration, the back decorated with a Swiss soldier and lady justice pointing to a book dated 1602 celebrating the tri-centennaire de la Fete de l'Escalade. Hinged silver cuvette with engraved William Tell and son. D. White enamel with black Arabic numerals, outer minute track with minute markers, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold Louis XVI hands. M. 41 mm., 18''', frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Case and movement signed. Diam. 53 mm.
