Universal Tri-Compax Universal, Genève, "Tri-Compax", Ref. 12268, case No. 1129212, movement No. 245897. Made in the 1940s. Very fine and rear, astronomic, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer, triple date and moon phases.
C. Three-body, polished, inclined bezel, stepped sides, concave lugs, snap-on case back, and correctors on the band. D. Champagne with applied pink gold dart indexes, subsidiary dials for the date, the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer tachometer graduation, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Pink gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 481, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
