C. Four-body, polished, spring loaded case back with engraved Roman motif centered by blue guilloche enamel with a flower bouquet with diamonds (1 missing), hinged gold cuvette signed Patek Geneve. C. Three-body, "bassine", polished, the band with raised lobed decoration, reeded pendant. Fixed cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Islamic numerals, outer dot minute divisions and outermost Islamic five-minute numerals. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Matte gilt, full plate, ring-turned pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, three-arm polished steel balance with wide rim, flat balance spring, pierced and chased singlefooted cock, regulation dial with Islamic numerals. Dial signed. Diam. 48 mm.
