Production of this reference started in 2005. Very fine and rare, water-resistant 18K pink gold wristwatch with "World Time" system, off-center hour dial, oversized date, power reserve indication, night and day indication for each time zone and an 18K pink gold A. Lange & Söhne buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, certificate and instruction manual.

Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 6 screws, curved straight lugs, push buttons on the band to advance the quick date, the independently adjustable jump-type second time zone and city ring, sapphire crystals. D. Solid silver, at 9 main hour dial with subsidiary seconds and day/night indication, applied pink gold radial Roman numerals and indexes, at 5 second time zone with subsidiary day/night indication and pink gold index, at 3 sector for the up-and down indication, at 1 aperture for the oversized double digit date, outer revolving 24-hour ring featuring names of 24 major cities. Pink gold alpha hands. M. Cal. L 031.1, Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, 54 jewels including 4 in screw mounted gold chatons, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, hand-engraved balance and intermediate wheel bridges. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
