C. Gilt brass, "cannelee", glazed sides and back door, the top glazed to view the escapement, the glass engraved "LFH", hinged carrying handle. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, silvered and foliate engraved dial mask. Blued steel spade hands. M. Rectangular, frosted gilt brass, four pillars, barrel for the going train, lateral lever escapement mounted on a frosted silvered platform, notched bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
