C. Two-body, "Louis XV", engraved, centred by the painted enamel scene "the kitchen", the front bezel chased and engraved. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and large Arabic five-minute numerals. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 36 mm, hinged, gilt brass full plate, pentagonal baluster pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, steel three-arm balance with flat spring, continental cock pierced and engraved with scrolls, polished steel endplate, rack and pinion regulator with silver plate. Movement signed. Diam. 44 mm.
