Kelek Yellow Gold Quarter Repeater Kelek, Swiss, "Centenary, 1896-1996", No. 044/100. Made in a limited edition of 100 pieces in 1996 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Kelek (1896 - 1996). Fine and rare, quarter-repeating, center-seconds, selfwinding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with a gold-plated Kelek buckle. Accompanied by fitted box and instruction booklet.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, stepped bezel, straight lugs, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with painted Breguet numerals and applied yellow gold dot indexes on a plain outer reserve. Black steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. DK 87, gilt brass, hand-engraved decoration, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, skeletonized gold rotor set with diamonds and sapphires, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial and case signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Property of a German Collector
