Hermès Desk Compendium with Weather Station Hermès, Paris, the clock movement licensed from Leon Hatot "Lic. Ato", French. Made circa 1960. Very fine and very rare, electric, revolving gilt-brass, painted and leather desk compendium with calendar, barometer, thermometer, hygrometer and compass.
C. Multi-piece, cube-form, brushed copper-colored gilt brass, flat and inclined brushed and polished bezels, the sides painted to simulate walnut, compass on the top, the sides with dials for the barometer, thermometer and hygrometer, revolving on a stepped compressed leather square base. D. Brushed gilt with painted baton hour indexes and Arabic quarter-hour numerals, outer minute track, date aperture. Black baton hands. M. Battery operated. Dial and case signed Hermès.
