C. Rectangular break-front with cloisonné enamel finials, friezes and feet, the side panels painted on enamel with portraits of a young man in a feathered cap. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and Arabic five-minute numerals, painted on enamel surround with flowers on a blue ground. Black halberd hands. M. Gilt-brass, large going barrel, straight-line lever escapement mounted on the backplate, three-arm balance, flat balance spring, rack and pinion regulator. Movement signed. Dim. 19.5 x 13.7 x 8 cm.
