Jaeger Crocodile Desk Compendium with Calendar Jaeger, Suisse, "ADOS Standard Barometre et Calendrier", No. 104142, Patent No. 365.884. Made circa 1950. Very fine and rare, gilt-brass and crocodile desk compendium with 8-day clock, triple date calendar, alarm, thermometer and barometer.

C. Two-body, crocodile-covered with folding cover forming the stand, two gilt-brass hinged cases for the clock and barometer, the thermometer between on a white plate with black painted scale. D. White painted with applied dart indexes and Arabic quarter-hour numerals, inner minute track. Luminous gilt skeleton hands. Barometer: off-white painted with black barometric scale. Blued steel arrow hand. M. Cal. 201, 50 mm., nickel, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Dials signed.
