WITTNAUER - SUPER-COMPRESSOR Wittnauer, Geneve, Automatic, ?Super-Compressor,? Ref. 8007. Made circa 1965. Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date and two crowns.

C. Two-body, polished and brushed, with beveled straight lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Black with luminous baton indexes, inner revolving 60-minute ring operated by crown at 2 o'clock, aperture for the date, inner 1/5 seconds and minute division. Luminous steel baton hands M. Cal. C11KAS 1, brushed decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Inside case back engraved ?Super-Compressor? with patent numbers and the bust of a diver. Dial, case and movement signed. Diameter 36.5 mm. Thickness 13.5 mm.
