Clinton Extra Minute-Repeating Triple Date and Chronograph Clinton (Leon N. Robert, La Chaux de Fonds), Swiss, No. 75290. Made circa 1900. Very fine, 18K yellow gold, keyless, minute-repeating pocket watch with triple date calendar, chronograph and moon phases.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine", engine-turned,. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second chronograph divisions, subsidiary dials for the date, apertures for days of the week the months, the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Gold spade hands. M. 21''', rhodium-plated, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button in the band, chronograph with visible work activated by a push-button in the crown. Cuvette and movement signed "Clinton Extra", case numbered. Diam. 54 mm.
