Angelus - Steel Chronograph Angelus, Chronograph, case No. 281761. Made in the 1940's. Fine, large, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, register and tachometer.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs, stepped bezel. D. Black with luminous Arabic numerals, subsidiary guilloché seconds and 45-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second track and tachometer graduation. Luminous yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 1252, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 14 mm
