Two-body, Louis XVI, by Leton, paste-set bezel with engraved outer border, the back with a painted on enamel scene of a young couple in a landscape, royal blue and gold paillon border, outer engraved border to match the bezel. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer dot minute divisions and Arabic fifteen-minute numerals. Paste-set white metal hands. M. 44 mm, gilt-brass, full plate, cylindrical pillars, fuse and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, three-arm brass balance, flat balance spring, continental balance cock, steel endplate, silvered regulation dial. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 62 mm. Including outer case.
