MINUTE REPEATING & CHRONOGRAPH Attributed to C. Barbezat-Baillot, Locle, ?Répétition Minute Chronographe, 1re Qualite?, No. 19257. Made circa 1910. Fine, large, hunting-cased, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K pink gold pocket watch with chronograph.
C. Four-body, ?bassine?, polished. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details, glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and outermost fi fths of a second divisions with Arabic numerals calibrated to 300 units, subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel spade hands. M. Cal. 21???, frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button on the band. Case numbered. Diam. 58 mm.
