Four-body, 'bassine et fi lets', the front cover decorated with a painted on enamel scene of a country couple resting in a landscape, rose-cut diamond-set leaf border, blue guilloche enamel border, engraved foliate outer border, the back cover decorated with engraved gold leaves on a blue guilloche enamel ground with border to match the front. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the prize medals. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and Arabic fi ve-minute numerals. Gold spade hands. M. 11''', rhodium plated with wavyline decoration, 15 jewels, straightline lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued-steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 33 mm.
