Accompanied with box and two extra straps.

Three-body, polished, screwed-down case back, bezel set with 51 round diamonds, lugs and band set with a total of 191 round diamonds later added to the case, 4 pushers in the band to set individual time zones,sapphire crystal. D. Blue mother of pearl with white Arabic numerals, 4 multicolored subsidiary dials for the additional time zones, NewYork, L.A., Tokyo, and Paris, aperture for the date. Luminous blue baton hands.
