Unsigned, Swiss or French, circa 1880. Interesting brass rounding-up tool with unusual pulley.

Vertical tool slide operated by a lever with two ?stop? screws, material slide with knurled nut, large cast-iron pulley, counter pulley on the other side with a T-rest, later mahogany base. Dim. 35 x 45 mm.
