Base on wheel cutting engine design, instead of blank arbor a round brass plate is placed, which is divided by a drilling attachment on a slide sliding on a steel bracket mounted over and parallel to the main frame and advanced by a crank lever with a plate with steadying notches. Dim. 40 x 45cm.
