Two-body, tortoiseshell, hinged back panel for the key compartment, top with aperture for the bird with gilt bezel engraved with a laurel leaf wreath, oval bird cover painted on enamel with an Alpine scene, with two men in a rowboat in a river in the foreground, mountains in the background. M. Rectangular brass, going barrel and rectangular bellows, the revolving bird with moving wings, beak and tail, controlled by two cams mounted beneath the barrel wheel, gilt brass grill pierced and engraved with flowers and foliage. Dim. 100 x 65 x 32 mm.
