E. Gübelin, Lucerne, No. 047281. Produced in the 1930's. Very fine 14K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with oval button chronograph, register and a heavy 18K yellow gold bracelet "à grosses mailles".
C. two-body, solid, polished, rounded stepped bezel, concave straight lugs. D. black with painted gold indexes, auxiliary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second scale. "Bâton" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 5066, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Approx. overall length 205 mm.
