Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1820. Fine and interesting 18K gold and enamel oval fob watch.

C. Two-body, front centered by hinged bezel with champlevé black enamel, on top enameled heart with inscription ?à toi pour la vie? (yours forever), in the lower part two doves in a nest, a symbol of marital love, polished back, three-chain suspension. D. White enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, winding aperture at 1 o?clock. Gold ?spearhead? hands. M. 18.2 mm., hinged, gilt brass full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass tree-arm balance, flat balance spring, continental cock. Dim. 36 x 22 mm.
