Royal Observatory Unsigned, Swiss, circa 1900, made for Indian market. Fine silver and gold, double-face, astronomical triple calendar, moon phase watch, with the indication of seven time zones.
C. Three-body, ?bassine et filets?, polished, gold setting pin?s lips, dials on both sides. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials for days of the week, days of the month, months concentric with seconds, and aperture for phases of the moon. Blued steel ?spade? hands, the reverse with white enamel dial with seven subdials showing time in New York, St. Petersburg, Calcutta, Melbourne, Vienna, Berlin and Paris, all with blued-steel ?spade? hands. Both with snap-on fit. M. 20???, gilded, 17 jewels, straight-line, counterpoised lever escapement, bimetallic balance, blued-steel flat balance spring, pin-set. Diam. 61 mm.
