Outer: two-body, back repoussé with a classical scene depicting a woman with a bow in her right hand and a shield in another, another woman holding a quiver while a servant stands with a horse in the background, bezels in rocaille pattern, inner: two-body, ?bassine? with deep back, polished. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer Dutch-style minute division with five-minute Arabic figures. Gold ?Louis XV? hands. M. 33 mm., gilt brass full plate with square baluster pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat balance spring, Dutch-type cock. Signed on the movement. Diam. 46 mm.
