Henry Capt, Genève, No. 8933, circa 1825. Very rare and fine 18K pearl- and diamond-set gold and enamel ring watch with original gold and enamel key, both in original leather fitted box.

Entirely covered with black champlevé enamel with gold foliate decoration, shank extending at the top is set with three natural pearls on each side, diamond-set bezel, hinged gold cover at the bottom of the head revealing the winding, setting and regulating apertures. Key with tear-drop gold handle covered with alternating black enamel and gold stripes. D. Silver, radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring, center engraved with floral pattern. Gold Breguet hands. M. 14.35 mm. (6 1/3???), gilt brass, 10 jewels cylinder escapement three-arm gilt balance flat balance spring. Signed on the case. Dim. Width 23 mm. (between pearls), height 20 mm.
