Scent Bottle Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1820. Very fine and rare 18K gold painted on enamel scent bottle fitted with a watch.

C. rectangular, tapered, the top with round threaded stopper decorated with champlevé enamel, front and back divided with two panels each, the top of the front finely painted on enamel with fruit basket, spring loaded bottom with champlevé urn on translucent scarlet ground over flinqué, top panel of the back painted with flower vase, lower panel with hanging gold basket against dark blue translucent enamel over flinqué, white and blue enamel frame on each side. D. Rectangular, matted dial plate with champlevé azure enamel of a vase clock, central white enamel dial with Breguet numerals with outer minute divisions, above white enamel dial for subsidiary seconds, applied gold laurel-leaf garlands. Blued steel ?arrow? hands. M. 12.3 x 27.3 mm., rectangular, hinged, fixed barrel, cylinder escapement, brass escape wheel, plain brass balance, flat balance spring. Dim. 88 x 20 x 10 mm.
