C. Rectangular, rosewood with boxwood inlaid stringing, diamond-shaped glazed side panels, glazed aperture on the top, sliding front door, hinged foliate and fl oral cast brass handle. D. Gilt brass, moiré engine-turned, black painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Black Breguet hands. M. Circular gilt-brass, spring barrels for both trains, anchor escapement, brass bob pendulum, striking the hours and half-hours on a bell. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 20.5 x 15.5 x 12.2 cm.
