UNIVERSAL REF. 22258 TRICOMPAX STEEL Universal, Geneve, "Tricompax", movement No. 188202, case No. 946852, Ref. 22258. Made in the 1950's. Fine and rare, stainless steel wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer, triple date and moon phases.

C. Three body, polished and brushed, curved lugs, rounded bezel, correctors on the band, snap on case back. D. Silver with painted luminous Arabic numerals and dots, subsidiary guilloche dials for the seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases, outer blue tachometer scale. Luminous blued steel baton hands. M. Cal. 481, rhodium-plated, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
