CABRIOLET PENDANT WATCH Swiss, probably Geneva, No. 2736. Made circa 1835. Very fine and rare, 18K gold and champleve enamel, cabriolet pendant watch with a similarly decorated gold and enamel chain and seal-top key.

C. Outer: three-body, foliate chased,decorated with multicolored fl owers on a black background. Inner: Fourbody, the back cover decorated en suite with the outer case, engine-turned bezel and border. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Matte silver, sunray engine-turned with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Gold Breguet hands. M. 27 mm., frosted gilt, Lepine calibre, jeweled cylinder escapement, three-arm fl at-rim balance, blued steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 38 mm.
