C. Four body, solid, 'Louis XV', polished, the back set with a large round garnet cabochon. Hinged gold cuvette. Matching heavy gold chatelaine set with a matching large oval garnet cabochon. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer gold dot minute divisions, large gilt Arabic fi ve-minute numerals. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 22 mm., gilt brass, 8 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, blued steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 27 mm.
