GOLD AND ENAMEL MUSICAL SEAL Geneva. Made circa 1815. Fine, 18K gold, champlevé enamel and hardstone keyless musical seal.

C. Oval, made up of a gold ring engraved decorated with polychrome champlevé enamel fl owers, swivel suspension pendant functioning as the winding key, spherical ?cage? in the center, reeded band, the bottom set with a polished carnelian matrix, activating bolt on the band. M. Oval, 27 x 2 mm, brass with pinned barrel and 8 stacked tuned vibrating blades, pinion governor in adjustable bushing for tempo adjustment. Dim. height 45 mm, base 29.5 x 24 mm.
