Very fine, very rare and early, 18K yellow gold, curved tonneau-shaped lady?s wristwatch with hand-painted dial signed Deville and the original 18K yellow gold expanding bracelet.

C. Three-body, curved tonneau-shaped, the bezel chased in relief with fl owers and foliage, four screws in the band, back secured by a further screw. D. Hand-painted in blue and pink tones with a lady reclining and two cupids, Arabic numerals. Gold spade hands. M. 8???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Deville, case signed Fontana & Cie. Dim. 35 x 21. Thickness 6.5 mm. Approx. overall length 155 mm.
