SILVER MINUTE REPEATER & CHRONOGRAPH National Watch Co., Chaux-de-Fonds, Swiss, ?Half-Chronometer?, case No. 3238. Made for the German market, circa 1910. Fine, large, keyless, minute-repeating, hunting cased pocket watch with chronograph.

C. Four-body, "bassine", engine-turned with polished band and borders, chronograph button in the band. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, outermost seconds divided into fi fths and calibrated to 300 units, subsidiary sunk seconds. Gold Louis XVI hands. M. 48 mm.(21???), rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, notched monometallic balance with selfcompensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-piece in the band. Cuvette signed, case with German silver mark and makers mark K&M. Diam. 59 mm.
