White enamel chapter ring with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, the centre painted with a scene of a castle with uniformed guards, an aperture with rotating disc mounted on the fourth wheel pivot with ?marching? guards. Gold pear hands. M. 40 mm, matte gilt, ring-turned pillars, fusee and chain, large jewel in a screwed chaton for the fourth wheel pivot, English lever escapement with four-arm polished steel balance, fl at balance spring, foliate engraved single footed cock with diamond endstone, index regulator with engraved scale on the backplate, stop-lever protruding from the bezel. Movement signed, cases with mastermark HJ. Diam. 53.5 mm.
