UNIVERSAL GENEVE TRI-COMPAX CHRONOGRAPH WITH MOON PHASE STEEL Universal Geneve, Tri-Compax. Made in the 1960s. Fine, water-resistant, stainless steel, wristwatch with round button chronograph registers, triple date and moon phases.
C. Three-body, polished, concave lugs, date adjusters in the band, screw down case back. D. Satine silver with applied stainless steel baton indexes and luminous dots, outer 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hours and 30-minute registers and the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Luminous steel dauphine hands. M. Cal. 281, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
