Two-body, ?bassine,? hinged, the back with a fi nely painted on enamel scene depicting a couple in a fl ower garden on royal blue translucent enamel background over engine-turning, bezel set with rose-cut diamonds. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, outer star minute divisions, aperture for the winding key. Gold "tulip and poker" hour hand set with 4 rose-cut diamonds. M. 43 mm., hinged, gilt brass full plate with divided vase pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, fl at balance spring, gilt brass Louis XIV balance cock pierced and engraved with foliage. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm.
